“I would like to take this opportunity to personally express our appreciation for Pastor Dave, Social Worker Brenda, and especially our nurses and aides, and everyone at AseraCare. My husband Jerry was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 1994. He has been a fighter for this disease and very active in the Parkinson’s groups for many years. He had back surgery in May of 2018, and never fully recovered. The surgery lasted many hours which made it imperative that he not be moved. Due to the extended immobility and extra medications, his disease has progressed to the point he is no longer able to stand or walk independently, but with the help of your staff and their wonderful care and assistance, I am able to keep him at home.
I would like you to know how kind and caring our personal helpers are. We feel as though they are part of our extended family. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure Jerry’s comfort and well-being. Every day just knowing that Denise will come through the front door with her wonderful spirit and warm personality makes our day.
Our compliments to the AseraCare team for being a well-oiled machine. Not only is Denise a blessing, all your aides and nurses have such caring personalities, and they are also knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Sincerely, Jerry and Terry
